Welcome to VIDA Beauty Aesthetic (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be made via phone, WhatsApp, our website, or in person.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% charge.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Paynow/Credit cards payment/Cash

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Gift Cards, Packages & Promotions

  • Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period stated.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

  • 5% e-cashback will not be attributed for payment made with store credits or partial payment with previously earned store credits.

 

5. Health & Safety

  • Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries prior to treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for your health.

  • For hygiene and safety, outside products may not be used during treatments.

6. Client Conduct

  • Respectful behavior toward staff and other clients is required.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

7. Liability

  • While we take all precautions to ensure a safe and pleasant experience, VIDA Beauty Aesthetic is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse outcomes that may occur from treatments, unless due to proven negligence.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.

    • Contact details: name, phone number, email address, social media/WhatsApp ID.

    • Appointment details: service booked, preferred date/time.

    • Payment details: limited billing information when you make payments.
